But I still have issues with B.Zarr head. Not only the head, but also some flashers don't work.
I took the board out and I took a good look at it... There are broken traces where the TIP102's are. Somone tried to fix it I guess and made a mess. SOme are so bad that the TIP102 is just hanging in there... there is nothing left to solder it on.
How do I fix this??
Sure I can run some jumpers where the trace is gone, but how do I solder the TIP's to the board in the first place? There's nothing there to hold them anymore.

A cheap fix would be to put your jumper in the hole (not just soldering the jumper to the pin of the tip). Afther that you can solder your tip on the two side on the board.
Or you can glue it
Or you can buy a trace replacement kit and press a 'rivet' on each spot but $$$

the wire + tip leg + solder in the hole should full all the space. Unless the board burned big holes, you should be able to solder it and it will stay on the board.
For the Glue, if it melt the glue, you still have a bigger problem But I agree that's not a good solution
