Was planning on going this year, since I'm heading for a conference and Chicago would have been a nice layover, but the cab ride from the airport to the new location (13 miles away!!!) changed my mind...on top of the new location is in the middle of NOWHERE...I know about the supposedly 'free shuttle' that does the transit every...err...3 or 4 hours... (Mike is a cheap bas...)
The only 'not bad' thing is that there's a "Roach Inn" next to the Westin, to keep that 'budget accomodation option' possible...just like its previous "skanktown" hotel or any budget hotel for the Allentown show...
The 15-hour drive is a rough one, but it's fun when you have great company...and I don't mean you Phil...
I think everyone should go at least once...the part I like the most is the 'all-night' gaming Friday and after the bloody boring banquet....flexy snack anyone?
I might go next year...we'll see...
