A bit overdue. I want to send a big thanks to Muligan and Pinballed. I bought a game from each of them and I'm really pleased with both games. Plus I got to meet two great guys and fellow collectors which is really what the hobby is about.
Paul, aka Muligan, packed the game like it was going freight to China. Nice packing job, really appreciated it. I'm absolutely blown away by the game. I just set it up tonight -- I had to move several games in a tight spot, so it took awhile -- and haven't gotten to play it yet. It looks amazing! It's a fully restored NF. New ramps, new decals, new legs, pinball pro speaker upgrade, the thing shines and I cann't wait to play it tomorrow.
Adam, aka Vengence, went out of his way to help me and took a first hand look at Paul's machine. That involved an hour round way trip. I really appreciate it buddy!
Thanks for meeting me at Starburst, Paul. I really appreciate all you did to make this a smooth transaction. Paul accidentally ripped the translite and reduced the price so I can easily find a replacement. He even provided some leads if I cann't find on in Allentown. I would buy from Paul without a moment's hesitation. Great guy! I owe him a beer or two in Allentown Hope to see you there, Paul.
I got a Flash Gordon from Stan ak Pinballed. It was accurately described and fairly priced. Without a doubt, it has the worst cab I have ever seen, but the playfield, plastics, and backglass are awesome. I think the targets might be new as well. Haven't set it up yet as it isn't fully working. Will get to that....
Stan took the game apart so it was easy to move when I got to his place. We then chatted pinball and music for a good half hour. It was a blast chatting with Stan and hearing his rock n roll stories. Hope to see you at the Toronto show, Stan. Thanks again for a great looking game.
It'd be a lot cooler if you did........ MAACA-Colonel

Great post Duane. THIS is what makes this a great hobby to be involved in. Let's face it, outside these pinball forums, (or any other forum for that matter), the general population doesn't necessarily share our enthusiasm for what we collect. Meeting new like-minded people and talking/buying pins is always great in my book!

And it was an hour trip one way not round trip But was I right in my description?
Ouch! Forgot about that! Bigger thanks!
Yes, you were absolutely right in the description. It looks amazing. The new decals are something else. I've never seen a pin cab where you can see your reflection.
