Not sure if this is a good deal or not, but if anyone wants to check into it and get it, I can pick it up and hold it for you.  It's not too far from me.

Is this a good deal on a H2O?  Seem to be hearing 1800 for a good condition one, and this one sounds like it needs some ramps replaced and PF touchups...but for 1300?
