Unrelated & maybe "sniping" your thread, but I think my wife reads MAACA with my login.   I only really read the "Recent Posts" - and see the *** SOLD *** without ever seeing the for sale, first.    Live & Learn  (sorry for hijacking, but agree on the above...)
