...that's like asking   ... " How much does a car cost ? "

Mint Ferrari : $300,000
Rusty Lada :  $ 50

The range for pins is not quite as wide, ...but you get the idea.

Here is a VERY rough guideline
[this is for average cosmestic ; nothing prestine ]
(...and I'm sure, I'll get 300 replies to this... )

Decent Solid State pin (1978-1985) : Working $500-700, Not working $300-600
Decent Dot Matrix pin (1990-1995) : Working $1000-1600 , Not working $600-1000

Of  course, even this guide is WAY subjective.
There are way too many factors to consider.

The bottom line is expect to pay at least $500 for a working pin,
but more lilkely $1000-$1500 for something you'll actually want...

My 2 cents...

Cheers,
Steph

Steph is right, I was going to reply exactly the same about cars price range...

Without additional details (game name, especially cosmetical conditions, is it
fully working with no hacks or not, is it delivered with warrantee, or is it as-is
from a private person... location of the game, etc.

Price range from basket-case EMs usually is from $50 to over $10000
for a rare prototype...

Like cars, stamps, trains or cards collecting, some are worth a small fortune,
while others are not worth much. Condition and the model usually dictate the value.

SVP donnes-nous plus de détails pour que l'on puisse mieux te guider,
si tu le veux.

Bonne chance,
- Sylvain

Before jumping in I would suggest buying a price guide. It's not perfect but at least you won't get taken for a ride.

Current 'working' lineup: ( 2 )
Flipper Football, The Shadow

Gone but not forgotten: ( 22 )
City Slicker, Dirty Harry, CFTBL, Big Shot, Big Guns, Black Rose, Judge Dredd, Indianapolis 500,
Big Game, BS: Dracula x 2, Beat the Clock, Fire!, F-14 Tomcat, Getaway, Breakshot,
Cheetah, Meteor, El Dorado, Nitro Ground Shaker, Chexx Hockey, Slugfest

My best guess based on recent past sales in the area (I don't care for the price guide)

Popeye - 1400$-1600$
WhiteWater - 1600-1800$
Black Knight - 1400-2000$

My opinion only

Mike
