No it's a liner. The 47,000 includes a pile of landscaping, cut and fill with a lot of retaining wall. I went over the breakdown of all the elements and it seemed fair for what was required. I didn't go with the cheapest quote, I went with the guy that has been around here in town for a long time and has a reasonably good reputation, Surfside. Basic liner pool start at mid 20's and go from there on up. Your talking about a Gunite pool, I said I like nice things, I didn't say I was Rockerfeller.
