Someone tried to fix this before & not sure if I should take this project on myself.
I do have electronics back ground but not really motivated to challenge someone’s dirty work. If someone that has seen or made this repair simple even though it seems a mess to myself is willing to help me fix this would be a great help.

I don’t expect this to be done for free; I’ll pay for a correct fix.

Thanks Fred

That's not to bad, I've seen worse.

The traces don't look like they have been melted off from what I can see.

All you will have to do is take a multimeter and check for continuity from the hole to the corresponding item the pin connects to to make sure you have continuity from the hole once you have the pins out.

If no one has offered yet, I will rebuild it for you, but you would have to bring the board down to Mississauga. I have the new headers already. Due to the burn, it will probably require some jumpers to be installed on the back of the board.
