I got this plastic in a box of spare plastics for my DM and for the life of me can not figure out where it goes?

The number on it is 31-1919-29

I can not find any mention of plastic locations in the manual

Thanks man. For some reason I do not think I will be in a rush to rip apart the whole game to put this plastic on

Maybe next shop job in 5 years or so, last time i did it it was a B!TCH to get back together (although it was my first shop job
