They're not all the same.  Some games even have more than 1 flasher type.  Common ones are 906 and 89 but there are a few more.

For 90's Williams and Bally mostly 906 and some 89's for the big ones. #86 too but very rare. #455 and #545 if you mean the small self flashing ones.
