Sparky?  Are you seeing this??  That is very cool......it's going to take a whole lotta sweet sixteens and bar mitzvahs at $250 a pop to pay for all that stuff though.  I dare say there is some very fine print and $250 is not an accurate final cost.

Hopefully one of Sparky's lotto tickets comes up big so we can all join in the fun North of the border.

What do you mean by "getting around the legalities"?  I'm just curious what you're thinking.  Insurance?  Business License? Alcohol License? Taxes? I would have thought that all these things would still apply in a rental situation here in Ontario sincce you are taking money for a service?  Or tax writeoff if it was in a home?  That's a possibility, you'd have to use Capital Cost allowance rules, you could potentially be liable for deducting your own use... but it's an idea.
