Finally got the kickout hole and flippers dialed *SOLD* sort of bitter sweet.
I have to say, this is a pretty wicked game for 1980!
Also, this keeps coming up, who would win a fight between these black knights, or are they the same guy? either way, he's a really good actor, not like Barney Rubble good, but good!
What's that make it? 3 pins? And you keep selling vids? Yes, you will come to the pin side Congrats on the BK, looks really nice. It and Gorgar are my favs from the early 80s.
I was sad to see it go but it was just sitting there, everyone always wants to play Star Wars. I really thought I'd keep it for a long time but if it's not getting any play then it just does not make sense.
Is that the one that I had??? Looks WAY better now!!
Yes, that's the one, got from Newf, who got it from Gory, who got it from you? I think? It's been around! thanks to newf for the drop target decals, I slapped them on and fixed up the ol body on it, so glad to hear she's looking healthier flipper and outhole on the block next!

Enjoy! Duane
3 pins, and many vids so far Duane! and counting, I'm saving up for your Cirqus Voltaire, 3 more years to go, lol...
I haven't played Gorgar, looks pretty neat though, with that steroid-devil guy on the glass, and wasn't it the first machine to have voices on it or something?

Yes, first talking pin. Great game with excellent sound effects. Personally I like it more than Black Knight. It's so good, you don't even mind that it doesn't have multiball. I had one and had to sell it to fund my TZ purchase -- that wa 9 years ago. I have bought 2 or so Gorgars since then, but they all got traded or bought before I could get them set up properly. Haven't played one in awhile.
How does Circus Voltaire fit into your looking for biblical theme pin scheme of things?
Not a whole lot of fire and brimstone there.
good point Necro! I guess if I picked up a really nice one, I'd be like "Jesus, this is a nice machine" but you're right, it's a stretch! Actually, speaking of Gorgar, that's pretty biblical!? How much do Gorgars Go-fer?
Didn't Jim have one for around $700 I think like, back in the summer?
Duane: yeah, seems like a neat game, excellent artwork, nice and macabre on the sides, AND...it's biblical! lol

Craig
decals were the one i picked up. didn't want to put them on when i owned it. i just cleaned it right up once it was repaired and played it. l
but yea, jim when i cleared off all the home made stickers and such, the machine turned out quite nice. before i sold it, i cleaned up the megntic saves and they were just covered with black paint. one was worn away. i did put on one of the new decals for that side. guess that is why the bugger painted the area. wish i took pics of what it use to look like. pindoc did all the board work and it did take a bit of work to get it all up and running. but miss it ever day. will find another. still working on picking up my haunted house..... the guy i am getting it from is very close. funny, i travel all over picking up machines and the one i want the most and is the closest, turns out to be the hardest one for me to pick up....
enjoy black knight and if you can get a gorgar, they make quite the pair. they were quite the pair side by side at my house. they stayed all the time and i would bring others in and out all the time.
