Ouch!!!

My guess is the T2 will be at a low low price of 1800CAD AS IS since it's a SPECIAL 'Convertable' EDITION (no coin door)

Victor: Let us know of the prices...

I hope they wake up...these are some of the WORST condition pins I've seen in YEARS (including the crappy ones at Pinball Expo)

One thing for sure, the Gameshow and Freddy machine should be in the 2 figures ($99) or less...if not, then I think we should send them a link of Last week's PZ in Ottawa.

all those translites you see means the glass is broken.
Got to love that masking tape packaging.

The good:
project (and the word is small) means good price? (time will tell)

Good luck (you'll need it!)

Doesnt masking tape reduce the weight of the shipment? Therefore saving on shipping which is then passed on to the buyers?

Why is it that North American's collect and repair these machines and these other countries just trash them? I am going to make the assumption since I don't see it stated here that these are from a container load of re-imports.

It would be nice to pick up a project out of this bunch but I don't know how reasonable Alouette goes on thier unshopped machines?

Richard. Can you price out the inventory unshopped at this time. Also what are the hours of operation that I can have a look over this inventory? Would you be letting some of the more popular stuff go unshopped for a decent price?

According to you guys, i know we dont see much from the pics, how should these machines be priced, as-is ?

Lets say compared to MrPinball guide, 50% of listed value ? 60% ? Just curious to know what a good price means for you..

Of course, its going to be different for each or them but i'd like to have an average idea. BTW, i'm not trying to buy one, just want to hear everyone's opinion on unshopped projects value. From the pics, they sure has been sitting for a long time...

Azaththt: With pins that banged up, I would even take a guide to 'try' to price them.

When you're missing the playfield glass, lockdown bar, coin door and show water damage under the cabinet, I consider this PLASTIC PARTS ONLY MACHINE...

Knowing how Alouette usually works, theu'll ask guide price for 'as is' games, or even worse...

Last year, they had a Flipper Football AS IS re-import and they wanted $1800 for it, even though the guide says 950...their reply: Well it's RARE!

I would be curious enough to go check'em out, but the masking tape on the cabinet art, missing glass, I wouldn't pay too much as you'll need to put in many hundreds just to get it working.

If the cabs are in disgustingly rough shape, don't expect the board to be 'triple mint'...if the board are still in them!

Well it's one thing to post all this but price the stuff. I don't understand the rationale of having everyone call for individual prices.

Here is the failed logic. So the price you give to the guy you don't know A is going to be different than the guy you don't know B? Probably not.

Ok since thats guy made the effort to pick up the phone, call and wait while you look it up and then get an answer is now going to feel he has so much time invested into looking at your machine that he is going to now definately buy it regardless of price. No.

So I don't understand why the prices aren't just posted and if you have a good relationship with someone and were willing to go lower. You know that person would call you anyways asking for a better price.

This is not directed at you Richard specifically. It's just the extra crap in buying pins that I cannot understand why it must deviate so far from any other normal transaction.

Man I've had my own company for 23 years and I have never seen anthing like this BS when it comes to simple transactions. It's like the machine has to be blessed by the fairy of the lake and passed over the thighs of virgins before you get a straight answer on anything. BS smoke and mirrors. Just post, price and sell the mess.

lol i agree, was just curious to know what others are thinking.

I seen the water damage on the pics as well, New Orleans games ? PAAPA flooded ones ?

I also cant understand how hard it is to put simple prices...BUT, i know their rules for a shopped game (means to em that the game boots and has been rag cleaned to remove dust). Take MrPinball price guide, add 2-300$ to the US price, and you get their Canadian asking price. Sometimes 4-500$ more depending on the game (example, Judge Dredd is selling for 1800$ without topper But by adding 300$ you pretty much saves yourself a call for pricing.

Unshopped price ? Take about book price in Canadian

Ok please, whoever calls for a machine, post the asking price here.

That will give, at least, a base to the discussion. Maybe they are really well priced... hey, we never know

Who ever goes over. Which might even be me if I can get the time today. Let us know the general condition. There are definate signs of staining on the bottoms of some of these. Eastern seaboard machines, New Orleans, Florida, South America or some weaner leaving them outside? Maybe the floated in from the Tsunami. Some don't look stained though. The pictures are hard to interpret but nothing looks from these shots that it could command full value.
