The closest thing out west is the PPE (October in San Fran).  Not sure if it has the vendor markets like Allentown and Expo though.

Don't ask me, I can't be bothered to go to Allentown, nothing worth seeing there IMO.

There aren't any shows near Calgary at all Closest you have is the NW Show in Seattle.  

There is only one pinabll/game room show in Canada and that is the Toronto Pinball and Gameroom show which is happening this May 2010.  

Not sure if Alberta could support a pinball show or not.

"Out west" there's the Pacific Pinball Expo and the Northwest Pinball and Gameroom show.

Personally,  I find the flea market the most fun.

The pins are OK, but I can play those anytime,
and I'm spoiled by living near Medvet who has the best collection anywhere around.

I also enjoy the socialize aspect of it.

That said I usually only for for one night, because I've seen all there is to see.
There really isn't much to see on the Sunday unless your scavenging for deals
as vendors try to clear the left-over pins.

I go every second year, which is usually enough for me...

I'll be there this year...

I think I can arrange my work schedule and get out to Allentown this year, play some pins, buy lots of stuff and add a pin to my world map.
