Not that this tool is expensive , but you can easily fabricate one at home . All you need is a bic soft feel pen wich are often given away as publicity . Take the ink tube off , of course , then , cut the tip off a bit smaller than the circuit board pin . I ' m sure you ' ll love it instead of pinching the pin in order to take the board off . Enjoy ...  

I lucked out and found the actual proper tool in one of the machines I had, they are very nice when trying to pull boards on SS Gottlieb machines. Way easier than using needle nose pliers to pop the boards out.
