I am having trouble with the computer and having it display on the TV.  I bought a geforce 4 MX 420(old) the closest I could find to the one the "build an arcade dvd" I bought recommended.  The problem is anytime I hook the tv to the computer it just goes into an endless reboot.  It shows the XP loading screen on the TV then it flashed green then goes black and like 30 seconds later it starts all over again.  When I plug the computer into a computer monitor it works ok.  And I can load Mala and play some of the roms I downloaded.  Do you know what I am doing wrong?  I have gone as far as to reformat the computer in hopes maybe it would install the drivers to display the computer on the TV.  I have to admit I have never used a TV as a display option and I am probably doing something really stupid.  Any help or advise?
