I've purchased target decals from Marcos and other places.  They are not heavy duty by any means, but I have always put a couple coats of varathane over top.  I would never spend over $30 on 10 or so target decals unless the machine was super sweet and deserved nothing but the best.   I don't have any pins like that.

they look the same, i wouldn't pay $30 for targets decals, thats a rip off!!!
