I checked but didn't see any movement.  I'll have to go check again.  Next time, however, I'm going to pull the quick connects off the chimes.  I'm pretty much deaf in my left ear now!

Thanks for your help, Sylvain.  It works!!

I received my This Old Pinball Repair DVD in the mail yesterday and watched it.  It was pretty good.  Cheap enough that if I learned one solid tip, than it was worth it (and I did).

Anyway, I went down tonight with renewed vigor.  Started by fixing a bulb socket (with help from the DVD) and then set out on the standup target.

I started playing with relays that you mentioned and one of them turns on and off the lights in front of the standup target.  I loosened it up and cleaned all the contacts.  Voila!  Working.  In hindsight, it seemed pretty easy but I couldn't have done it without you.  Thanks.  This is the first machine I have ever worked on.
