i bought an elektra,i had to see what all the hype was about.plus the price was right.during shipping a one flake the size of a score card came off the back glass .can i stick this piece back to the glass some how?then clear coat?

You can try with Triple Thick. I even use that with Saran wrap to secure any loose flakes.
