Thanks Sylvain but I also had many feedback as a buyer before selling and I was at "100% Feedback", this person has 0% feedback, do you understand what I mean?
Sorry, I think they removed the ability to leave a negative against a buyer. As for 16 feedback but 0%... the % is based only on the last 12 months. This guy has no transactions over the last year so no feedback percentage.

I knew about the changes Ebay made on Feedback but this one had nothing to do with that.

Here's the eBay % feedback explanation:
'The positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the total number of positive and negative Feedback ratings for transactions that ended in the last 12 months, excluding repeat Feedback from the same member in the same week.
