I was just having the best game of my life on my TZ.    
I lit Extra Ball on the door panels and lit it again with the Robots (9) and on Ball 2 had Extra Ball lit again for Replay Score at 490,000 (why set it for a replay when the game is on Free Play?).  I lit all the doors and started Lost In The Zone! Only the second time I have gotten LITZ and as it is finished and the balls are draining and reloading the Gumball whille it is calculating the score for LITZ.  

Then the God Damn game RESETS!  

Needless to say I was Shocked, Dismayed and Heartbroken all in on breath.  

When the game reset it showed the last score at 851,656,260 which would be where I was before the LITZ was addded to the score I assume.  

Could this be something I caused or could prevent in the future?  There was no power outtage or surge I could detect.  Has this happened to anyone before?

Hahaha! I started yelling for my wife as LITZ was starting not realizing my son had woken up and when it happened I was so dismayed my son was worried I was hurt physically.  It turns out it was just my soul being ripped out!

Now the game wont re load the Gumball.  First it said Check the Gumball diverter and when I tried to re load the Gumball it says No Ball in trough and then it said Gumball Error Check AutoFire  Kicker?  I guess its time to start to learn more about this game.  Should I be starting with a reset of some sort?  or is this a trouble shooting situation?  Any help from TZ owners past or present is appreciated.  I have the Lost in the Zone DVD on the way but its not here yet.

you should have been at the TOPL night at Glen's (Necro) last night if you're south of Barrie it would be less than a 30 minute trip, we also play at Vengences' on the 19th which is Keswick and a little tougher to get to but still up your way.

Hey I always try to be enviornmentally friendly.  Instead of using the AC I play with the glass off and just fan myself with the flippers

So it turns out that it was a blown fuse as the auto kicker, gumball diverter and most of the kick outs etc weren't firing.  I guess this is the start of a lot of learning for me.
