Ok, a friend of mine was playing Spiderman at the Coliseum (Ottawa) and thought that it might be cool for his basement. I don`t think he would pay the sticker-price, however, I told him I would askaround. So does anyone know what a NIB SpiderMan would cost (best price) delivered to Ottawa. or perhaps a great shape HUO? Thanks.

Would it be cheaper to get one from Starburst or state-side? I don`t know much about purchasing NIB - maybe someday.

Tom.

The one set up at SB last weekend had a sticker price of around $3800. Since it was on demo, it wouldn't be NIB, but it looked good.

I asked Starburst a month or two ago if they had any Spiderman NIB and they said no.  They never had one on display at the time either.  Perhaps they got more, who knows?

$300? More like $500!

Wow, good thing our taxes aren't going to waste on math teachers!

I knew someone would take the bait...I just never thought it would be you.  Here's some math for ya :

eHealth = Ontario health registry = 8% = 0.08 x $4000 = $ 320  =  In your face !

Thanks everyone. I suspect that will be more than he will pay for a first pin - the thought of paying more than about 2500 for a first pin scares off most newbs - at least it did for me. Not so much anymore, funny what happens once you get started.

Cheers and happy Halloween.
