Ok to those who own one is it really that great. I have played it a few times and loved it..but does a guy really spend 8k on one...I found a nice one for that but a reality check is needed here ..its a long stretch from 3500- 4500 alll the way to 8k for a single pin right?...or is it..These are not easy to find and I can have one shipped up with another machine I may buy. I guess Im looking for a few dont do its...thx

Seriously.... $8k is a crazy price to pay for a pin...
MM is good, but it's not "that" good...
I personally think MM is hugely over-priced.
I can't find a single reason why it shouldn't be priced in the $3-4K range (... other than perhaps scarcity..., but even then.. )
I think TZ is a better game, .... for half the price.
...but that's just me...
Steph
Thats what I needed...Its easy with a new line of credit and a few extra bux saved to get out of line...Ok I will pass on it..Thanks for getting my feet back on the ground... Cheers

I thought the normal price for a decent one is in the $6,500 to $7,000 range? I haven't really followed the price of the game, though, as I don't plan on getting one.
I completely understand why MM commands the $$$ it does. It is a fantastic game. For me, I would rather have a LOTR and TSPP than a MM (both HUO), but that's my choice and I can appreciate why some would rather have the MM. I really like MM. It's a fun, and fast game w/ an excellent package: theme, art, light show, humour, DMD graphics, toys and game play. It is simply one, if not, the best game put out by Williams. It's a classic.
Still, if I was spending that kind of cash, I would want to see the game in person and pick it up -- even if that meant several hours of driving and a stay over night.
Even at $8K if it is really nice, how much will you lose if you decide to sell it?
How many of the people who posted "Don't Buy It" have it? Or are at least have a Love for WPC Games? or games from that era?
I know, I know, no pin is worth $8K, on the other hand, how many have you seen for substantially less? Anybody have a MM in pretty nice shape for $5000?? I Will Buy It!
Dave (Oh, Buy it!)
