I would keep the ones i play... especially if space is an issue.

You have them all now so you can choose wisely  

However since you asked for opinions, i would sell Demolition Man in a heartbeat, i just cant get myself to like that game. Owned one for a week before i sold it

Interest rates are crazy low right now. Assuming you are selling to get some cash, you might be surprised to see how low the rates are.

Having just completed the house upgrade thing, though, I can totally understand where you are coming from. There are alot of days I look at my games and think it's time to reduce the collection by a few.
