Can someone give me some advice  I connected a JPAC to my Jamma controller and from the JPAC to the Arcade VGA card from Ultimarc.  All I get is very rapid V and H sync movement.  I can only slow down the movements a bit, but still the picture is way out of controi. I switched video cards to a geforce to test and it does the same out of control picture.   I have an old NFL Blitz 99 cabinet and a wells arcade monitor.  I can see the windows and xp logo in the background.  Thanks ahead of time for your suggestions.
