Ask Tanman...He knows of a few companies that are cheap.

I can vouch for M-O as well.  I had them ship a Wh20 and T2 out from NS to Toronto without any issue.  If they are not delivering to a location with a raised dock you'll have to pay extra for a truck with a lift gate.  Game will have to be on a pallet, and if the seller can crate it even better.

At the time I had my games shipped I think it wasn't much more than $200 for both. (this was about 4 years ago though)

I've done M-O twice terminal to terminal - Brampton to Nova Scotia (or thereabouts) and it was about $80 each time.  Good service. I think you can no longer get full value insurance which is a bummer as they max out the insurance on a weight basis or something (I had a big row with them the last time because I wanted to pay extra for full insurance on the STTNG I sold.

Make sure the pinball is wrapped, well padded in styrofoam, boxed, fully wrapped again (to help prevent water damage) and palletted (they will provide a pallet and pallet wrap it for you).
