THE WHAT:

I am making a bulk purchase of pinball glass (and some custom widebody pieces), at a discount from retail, that I will be bringing up to Ottawa with me on Sat. December 6th (and possibly storing some at Tuborgs for later pick-up ).  

Interest was shown for at least 40, and I can take up to 50 to Ottawa (and more locally) but I am far below that number still   ...

This coming Monday by noon will likely be the cut-off date to get it all on time.

Single piece of regular size 43" x 21" x 5mm, tempered, edges eased, no logo : $42.00 including tax
5 + pieces of regular size glass: $40 including tax
10+ pieces of regular size glass: $38 including tax

Single piece of widebody size 43 x 23.75" x 5mm, tempered, edges eased, no logo : 52.00 including tax
5 + pieces will be quoted separately.
Custom sizes will be quoted individually.

An order of 10 or more will be delivered to your door (within Ottawa or elsewhere in GTA / Golden Horseshoe)


THE WHEN and WHERE:

These will be ordered Monday November 24, and I'll likely be picking up the glass on Thursday Dec 4th.  You can purchase some single pieces after that from my stock, but the price will be $45 a piece regular and $55 a piece widebody (including tax).

I'll be going to Toronto (along 401), and Belleville on the 5th, and Portland and a couple stops in Ottawa on the 6th, with Tuborg kindly offering to store some glass for anyone not able to meet us on Sat in Ottawa and Sparky will bring some up to Montreal for anyone wanting to pick up there.  

I can also arrange to be at a Starburst Auction or a TOPL meeting for convenience for Toronto folks if the demand is big enough. Otherwise they will be available for pick-up at my house (unless I am visiting you in the interim....   )

Regular size will be 43" x 21" x 5mm, tempered glass, edges eased, no logo, not wrapped (but separated by cork pads).
Widebody will be 43" x 23.75" x 5mm, tempered glass, edges eased, no logo, not wrapped (but separated by cork pads).

I will get wrap on any special sized ones.

( Sold, as is.  On the very, very RARE occasion sometimes an edge can get a very small scalloped chip.  Again, very rare and hidden in the glass mounts, BUT I will try and weed those out for myself or for return.  I doubt it will happen but I'm just putting it out there in case, as I'm not coming back to pick them up / replace if defective.)

They will appear greasy, this is normal, they need to be windexed.


All prices have to include tax (unless you have a PST exempt #), no cash discounts, you will get a receipt.  If you're not meeting me personally then purchase needs to be prepaid, preferably through INTERAC/CERTA-PAY online money transfer (if you online bank with any of the majors or an INTERAC bank, this is easy). Add 3.5% for PayPal.   I will contact you with an invoice for your total.

I will likely choose a couple stops to make in Ottawa based on my route and if the drop off is 5 or more sheets.

(P.S. I will be ordering and bringing up the glass for those who have committed so far, regardless.)

I would take 1 wide body glass if there's someone who bring them to Quebec. Maybe we can call Claude...

I can quote on any custom tempered glass sizes if I have the actual measurements, thickness and quantities before I order later this week.

The good... I want 5 std glass

The bad... since I wasn't paid last weekend for promised jobs, I have to wait.

Good News: Well Sparky has agreed to pick up from Tubourg and transport to Quebec for people to pick up there.

Bad News (for me): Apparently gone are the days of $27 a piece glass.  Price of glass has gone up significantly (+$3 - 8 a sheet depending on volume) and Canada Glass won't honour last year's prices.

Bad News (for you): I won't be able to lower the prices like I thought I could.

So far I only have about 20 pieces confirmed, ideally I need to bring in at least 40
(at 20 pieces, I likely won't even cover my gas, but I'll generate some good karma   ) - but I will still bring the order.

Still a good deal. I will bring over glass for whoever needs it in MTL, if you confirm your order with Websherpa. I can hold on to it as long as needed.

Anyone willing to take some to Qc city?

If not, I may have to go to MTL soon, I could take the orders ( and money $$ ) and take them from MTl to Qc.
