The first time I met Ian... he came over to my house with the maaca admins crew and helped me get my first pinball machine ever in the basement !
He even gave me a free novus bottle to go with it...
Not sure my wife was impressed thou since the pinball machine was never meant to get in the basement She got over it and eventually allowed 2... i had 6 at one point I blame it all on him Thanks again !

He was Yelling HEAVY MEATAL MELTDOW!!!!
Life is like Pinball!! You never know where you will bounce or where your going but sometimes you have that one amazing shot But on the other hand you have those darn gutter ball where you just get frustrated.
the first time I meet Ian, I sold him his first machine ( Flash gordon)
I was away when he picked it up and packaged it all nice and ready to go. He showed up with a VAN full of his wife stuff so he had to unpack the whole pinball to fit it in the van ... my wife still remembers him with that since it took him like 30 minutes in our driveway...

Look both of you lost... and for that matter it might have been Vengeance that kinda smelled like cat pee.
SS? I didn't see any tubes or relays in anything WPC over here.

First Time I met Ian was when the founding Members asked me to make them a simple site for MAACA.
Man, did I ever screw YOU over...
Too bad Helge Dirschoweit isn't around... he would have told you all the story on how I loaded my first pin ever (Pacman pin) inside a 1998 Toyota Corolla... he was freaking out!
The first time I met Ian, he said "Hi... (looks at my cat) Oh yeah, you have a cat, good thing I took my meds!" he then proceeded to fix my ipac2 issue .

...You forgot the nearly 2-hour chat!!! Had a great time... next time I will bring the cab back and we will have some fun! You all gotta see his SWEET gameroom!!! I may have the pins, but Loafers got the awesome game area... air-hockey... pool table... big screen... I say we trick him into buying some pins and have a meeting there!!!
Yep, great chat and I got the chance to push my astronomy hobby on you too! . Yep, the gameroom is coming along very well, and I'm OFFICIALLY starting to budget to buy my first pin. In my house, there's 2 entertainment budgets: one for the family and one for me. The PS3, since it plays BluRay's, that fell into the family budget (sneaky, eh), but the pin, I seem to be the only guy in the family who likes pinball. One of my daughters used to enjoy Visual Pinball, but she's gotten out of the gaming phase completely, darn it, so I have to do this on my own, no support from the family at all . When I get the pins, it will be my pleasure to host a meeting.
Does anyone have a "how to embezzle from the family budget for dummies" book they can lend me?
YES! Tglover is a crackhead! Complete MAACA-Wacko!

The first time I met Ian... he was dressed for playin' pinball and his wife was dressed for bed!
I was on a business trip and had just come back from a day in Quebec City. I had one of the WORST headache's, but managed to scarf down a bit of chow and find my way to his place. Was fortunate enough to play my fisrt game of Haunted House since I was a kid, play TFTC for the first time, and reaquaint myself with FG. (ohhh the soundtrack makes me mental!) Had a great time, good beverages, Leafs vs the Habs on the tele, excellent convo, and I'm sure I overstayed my welcome.
The second time I met Ian... was the next evening as he asked me to transport some parts back to Toronto for some guy named Monkeybug? And THAT was the beginning of the END!
The first time I met Ian I was surprised he had hair and walked upright!
....Considering he's Sparky due to being struck by lightning, twice; and falling off roofs I believe, too.
Not quite accurate... I was struck by lightning once (to be more precise, lightning struck a fence and I was 5 feet away... I got a good chunk of it... I was thrown 20 feet... well I woke up 2 hours later on my a** 20 feet from where I was... some burns, fillings all popped out of my mouth, and some short-term memory loss for 2 years), and I was struck by a car twice. That, plus falling off a 25-foot diving board as a kid (plastic surgery and lots of dental surgery... still have screws and a small titanium plate in my head...they never thought it necessary to take it out).
Like I always say, God and the Devil don't want me...
The first time I met Ian... well actually never meet him... look like I will have to buy my T-shirt
