Arggh! It was supposed to come out last week, but then it got moved to this week, and I can't find it at EB Games or Futureshop! Looks like it's even later getting to Canada. I just need to vent!

This is pretty much the same game that came out for the Wii last year but has NGG, TOTAN, and MM added. It also has online leaderboards and achievements.

The reviews so far have been stellar, check em out. It's funny to read some of the reviewers comments, one says that TOTAN is the best pin in the bunch and FH is the worst. They may know video games, but they don't know pinball!

Yeah it gonna be great! I already own the PS2 vertion wihich is very good. maybe i gonna buy this new one for 360... i am just a bit desapointed they jus added 3 tables. Williams made so many grat games. It would have been awsome to have some hits like TZ, Adams Familly and Creature from Black Lagoon also included.

I bought it two days ago for the 360, sorry for not posting about it.  It's very good, nice hi-res graphics. The only faults I can initially find:

- The nudging system: I wish they would use BOTH analog sticks, the left stick for the left nudge and the right stick for the right nudge.  This could allow analog sensitivity towards the nudging and moving both sticks up could simulate a front nudge better.  As it is, it works (using just the left stick) but just wish they'd do better

- Remapping of the controls:  Let's see, they let you remap the everything but the magna save for Black Knight.  Wait, in fact, there's no mention of the magna save at all in the configuration screen. Anyway, I didn't know but a friend told me after I asked him "WTF are the magna save" he went and checked and it's the LB/RB buttons (logical), which are above the triggers, used for the flippers.  Sorry, I meant "used as default" for the flippers. If you remap the flippers to teh LB/RB buttons, he said you LOSE the ability to use the magna save.  So keep that in mind, keep the flippers on the triggers.

- Leaderboards:  I love, LOVE when you are able to cycle via the press of a button between world rankings and friend ranking. Well, that's not available in this game, you only see the world leaderboard.

Aside from that, it's pretty good.  I find Black Knight tougher in this game than the real table, but I find Firepower to be much, much easier (basically multiball on every ball).  That might sound pretty harsh but for a video game, it's really good, the above are really my only nitpicks.  Well done, just hope they consider improvements for the next in the series (redo Gottlieb with this engine and maybe would be nice to see a Bally: Pinball HOF...)

I really wish you posted where you got it, I've been looking all over town for it.

Yeah, sorry about that Jon, haven't been online that much and it slipped my mind.  But you didn't miss out on much, I got the last copy at EBGames at Billings Bridge. Mine actually fell off the spindle (whatever you call that little thing inside that holds the disc to the case), so there's a small mark but it installed properly onto the hard drive so I know it's ok but because of that, I now have a "black case" for the game, kind of stands out! eheh  Anyway, I could have said "will get the next one" but no way was I waiting for it!

Forgot to add: you are correct, but I guess this is a sign it's a low budget game. Still, pretty stupid oversight.  So is the magna save non-reference in the controller configuration screen.

I should try and find their home forum and put forth my recommendation. Aside from the awesome wii way of doing nudging (pretty much perfect), this would be the closest alternative I can think of using a standard controller.
