I see this all the time, a game only has 350 plays on it. Is there a way to tell how many games have been played??

On modern games, since that counter can be reset by removing the batteries, no there is not.

Yes there is, on Williams DMD games, when you press test, you can go to book keeping and there you find the number of games played on the game since it came out of the factory, but I'm not sure if this could be erased or modified though.
