Following the discussion on CBW, I was curious to find out your opinions...
What are the top ten System 3 GTB pins?

Tough to find 10 good ones for sure.
1. Silver Slugger is a really fun game. 2. Stargate is 'okay'. Not my cup of tea but does have some interesting shots. 3. Title Fight - Pretty fun. Better than most. 4. Tee'd Off - Fun-ish. I found it to be really easy and un-challenging, but fun for the first few games, anyway. 5. Super Mario MW - Fun. Interesting. Cool novelty. Another one that probably wouldn't hold up in a small collection. 6. Strikes 'n' Spares - Not a pinball. Also cool for the novelty factor. Interesting, but I don't imagine it would have much staying power.
Beyond that.... ?
Others I've played: - Street Fighter II - The opposite of flow. Shoot. Stop. Shoot. Stop. Shoot. Stop. It's not great, although getting to the wizard mode is challenging.
- Freddy - Couldn't finish a game. Repetitive and boring. Can't figure out what people see in this one.
- Cue Ball Wizard - not 'terrible', but the sound and speech are so absolutely wince-inducing that there's no way I could ever imagine owning one. "Shoot the ramp! You sure could use a ramp shot! Shoot the ramp! You sure could use a ramp shot! Shoot the ramp! You sure could use a ramp shot! Shoot the ramp! You sure could use a ramp shot!" Over and over and over and over.
- Shaq Attack - Brutal. Shooting the basket gets old real quick. Another game I couldn't wait to finish.
Keep in mind, I don't have anything against Gottlieb (I've even owned a few and probably will again) and I truly try to give every game a fair shake regardless of manufacturer -- except for WPC machines. They SUCK!
Well to start, I can only include the games I have played. That excludes these titles which I have heard are decent players:
Cactus Jack's Class of 1812 Street Fighter Strikes 'N Spares Super Mario Bros. Super Mario Bros. Mushroom World Surf 'n Safari
And Barb Wire which I have heard is bad anyhow.
I did it! I actually listed 10 titles. The only two in order are Stargate and Tee'd Off. Stargate belongs in the first position and Tee'd Off is fun enough to be number 2. After that, it's a toss up. Stargate is the only game I would own out of the list. All the others are fun to play once in a while.
1. Stargate 2. Tee'd Off 3. Freddy: a Nightmare on Elm Street 4. Wipe Out 6. Gladiators 7. Silver Slugger 8. Title Fight 9. Vegas 10. Rescue 911

Stargate: nice layout, gorgeous machine Street Fighter: found it boring Strikes 'N Spares: strangely appealing... you just seem to want to play it all the time Super Mario Bros.: played once, was OK Super Mario Bros. Mushroom World: played once. was OK Tee'd Off: not NGG, but a fun golf theme nonetheless Vegas: the thing is pink... Waterworld: boring Wipe Out: very fun World Challenge Soccer: ho-hum.

I have always been a huge Gottlieb fan. From the wood rails to the last Premier solid states. Gottlieb always had a feel that I appreciated - as they so eloquently put it, "there is no substitute for quality." I also really appreciate their engineering. Crazy to some of you huh ? And others understand!
Gottlieb matches my definition of pinball, almost fully & completely.

I am also a serious Jon Norris fan, even though he didn't like that cigarette smoke.
(Hey Sparky, by the by, what's up with the hayseed hillbilly ?! Just noticed this regression. Very much liked the monkey with the gun.)
