The art work on Centaur was Paul Faris' tribute to Swiss artist HR Geiger (pronounced Geeger). It is also one of Faris' personal favourites, along with Lost World and Paragon.
Barracora and Quicksilver were Watson's tribute to the same artist.
Incidently, Geiger won an Academy award for the props in Alien, the movie.
I have 2 Geiger pins. Anyone wanna sell a Quicksilver?

Yes Otto you are right (as per your PM) I should have spelled it Giger.
FYI he designed the cover of the ELP album Brain Salad Surgery, whose title was supposed to actually mean "oral sex". Well at least it wasn't tossed salad.

I've actually got that record.. Specifically because of the art, though.
