I don't have the place handy, but my wife's gone to some place on Gladstone as its close to us.

I believe any sign shop or print shop would have it.    So, some place east, west or central depending on convenience.

If noone replies, I'll reply with the info tonight.

I recently saw it for sale at Krown Rust control Auto stores in the GTA.... Don't know if they have Krown up there...   Good luck.

I usually get mine from Pinball Resource when I make a regular order.
