I'm delayed getting out of town today, but still planning to deliver glass to Jester's for pick-up by Ottawa people this Saturday afternoon/evening (Nov 2.  I will be meeting Ian first at Medvet's to give him the glass for the Quebec buyers.  I'll be hammering out invoices and pick-up instructions this evening from my mother-in-laws. No need to meet me for payment (though that is an option), payments can be sent via Pay Pal, Interac/Certa-pay or by cheque int he mail to PinballIsNotDead.com  

I will update each buyer individually by email.  Thank you for your patience once again.

Yup. Original plan was in the morning around 10-11am as I have a birthday party in the afternoon.

OK guys... I got the pinball glass for the Montreal clientèle. I can bring it all to the next MPL meeting in January, or you can come pick it up after December 6th. I come back on the 5th from England.

Now... for my 0.02$... I have seen Wayne go out of his way to do all this, and come out somewhat underappreciated. Wayne has done a GREAT service for everyone and is financing the whole thing. 36 bucks fro pinball glass is dirt cheap. Local places charge 50$ and over (I got a quote for 58$). All I ask is that you throw in a thanks and maybe a few extra bucks as a gesture.

Wayne has got my vote for MAACA member of the month...

My glass was dropped off at medvet's place.  Thanks to both Wayne (for organizing all this - much appreciated) and ME (for willing to hold onto the glass for me).

Happy to help out my fellow MAACAnites.  3 hours sleep, 10 hours on the road, 3 X-large Double Double Timmy's and one spicy Big Crunch from KFC, tea with ME, a half hour chatting with Duane, 3 rum & cokes upon my return and it's all good. Despite the "bumps in the road" it gets me out of the house and to see and talk with my Ottawa and other Ontario friends...and some quality time with my mother-in-law.  just too bad I can't justify a trip all the way to Montreal very often.  (I once did the round trip for a slot machine that I didn't end up buying.) Maybe someday.

I want to throw my thanks out to ME (Medvet), Sparky and Drew for helping distribute the glass, you are the best, and for the incredible patience of the Mid-Western Ontarians who patiently wait for their glass... PinDusters for you!

I must say, however, that the trip is often self-serving as I get to oogle some fantastic pin collections, ME's is bar none (of course), and Jester is fast moving up the ranks with some primo machines...man you gotta love those LEDs!!
