I spoke to the guy also on the phone, and he seemed quite normal to me, surprised this is the end result.  

I checked my cell phone log and he called me from this number 416-210-3998, and proceeded to tell me he was in High River, Alberta. I did not think much of it, but I decided I did not want to deal with the shipping issue so I let it go. I called the number now and it says it is not in service.  


This phone number has a hell of a bad history... check it out:

It is a prepaid phone card transfer number...

As mentioned above it's a prepaid calling card.  The number comes up as a Toronto number no matter where you call from.
