Adam with most cards your liability online is fairly limited (usually to about $50 or so) ... if you aren't spending a ton most of the cards have minimal return (there were a bunch of people here bitching about the same card being cancelled .. it's actually be the second time it's happened as they cancelled the Zellers card previously and most folks moved to the Shoppers Card) .. in lieu of a better choice I'd go with the no fee dividend card

I would say the two best no fee cards are:

AMEX air miles card (the blue card).  Zero fees and you accumulate air miles.

Canadian tire Mastercard again no fees with generous Canadian tire money payout.
