What does it mean when your dmd has two weak lines during initial booting up, but displays well during tests and actual play during the game.  I swapped another dmd and it works perfect.  Just wanted to know if it was repairable, just live with it or buy a replacement?

That would most likely be the beginning of the glass outgassing.  It's not the end of the world, but it will only get worse.  (could take a LONG time though)  One thing to consider is an outgassing DMD draws more current from the HV section on the display PCB, and the HV section takes a pretty good beating on the best of days, so it could cause any weak HV part to fail.  (this is mostly true for the REALLY bad outgassing displays)

Sounds like yours is just in the beginning stages, so not too much to worry about.  Replace it if it really bothers you, if not wait until it gets worse.

I would start by checking voltages. I have found some displays are less temperamental to voltages that are slightly off, which may be the case the why the other one is working fine. If they are all good then it's the display in which case your looking at replacement.

    * Pin 1: -125 volts (-110 to -130 volts); Williams lowered this voltage to -115.
    * Pin 2: -113 volts (-98 to -118 volts); Williams lowered this voltage to -103.
    * Pin 3: Key
    * Pin 4: Ground
    * Pin 5: Ground
    * Pin 6: +5 volts (4.9 to 5.2 volts)
    * Pin 7: +12 volts (10 to 14 volts)
    * Pin 8: +62 volts (58 to 68 volts)
