Yes most games cost a bit more down here but if you are patient you can still get good deals. Hardest thing is to find the pinballs in good condition. I have been searching for a TOTAN with a decent playfield for over a year, not fussed about the cabinet or plastics as I can fix that. It gets frustrating sometimes when I see so many for sale in other countries at great prices. Oh well I will keep looking for my holy grail

That is balmy! Even at 10 degrees we are talkin' speedo weather! Try scuba diving when it is -28C then you have the windchill and you have to cut holes through the icewith a power auger just to get into the water. That is what I call an experience!! Notice I did not say good or bad, just an experience.

Having said all of that, I hope to go to the land of Oz one day and enjoy the great barrier reef. From what I see, you have a beautiful country

20C in winter... I wish. I get stuck going way north 3-4 times every winter... now THAT sucks. It gets regularly under -40C there. It was quite a shock the first time I was at a mining facility and there were guards posted at all the exits. I asked them why they were there... they said it waas because it was too cold (-50C) for anyone to go out so they block all exits in order to avoid any accidents.

Retiring soon...
