He wants double score before he starts multiball. When you hit all the ironman targets, you get progressively better bonuses. |

He wants double score before he starts multiball. When you hit all the ironman targets, you get progressively better bonuses.
Actually it was fast scoring, not double scoring that I wanted to stack with Monger Multiball. Double scoring is the second Ironman award, Fast Scoring is the first which is a switch hit mode where every switch hit starts at 10,000 and goes up by 1,000 every time you hit the Ironman targets. I've had it as high as 35,000 for every switch hit which really starts to add up when you have a multiball running. |

What the heck? Red flipper rubber? You HATE red flipper rubber. I'm assuming it came like that? A little surprising. I went downstairs and all my Sterns have black rubber and shipped that way (as I usually change to red flipper rubber). They really wanted to make Iron Man MEAN!

Black Rubber is harder which creates more controllable bounces off the flippers. Red is bouncier which makes the ball harder to control. |

I'll still prefer black over red as I like the control that black allows. But red makes it harder and you don't get better by making things easier for yourself. My TZ is the perfect example. I've never played a TZ that plays as Evil and fast and just down right mean as mine does. So when I play other peoples TZ its like playing a simplistic version of the same game. Case in point, my average game on my TZ is somewhere between 50 mil and 200 million on my TZ. My very first game on TZ at the TOPL playoffs was 1.5 billion, that's with no extra balls. |
