Becauser Metallica would ask for a huge amount of money for it. If it is just one or two machines, it is just considered as a fan tribute. Same as ToMMy and the AC/DC and Rush pins. For personal use, thus no licensing needed.

And now I remember that the pinball I fixed in his art studio in Montreal was a MARS TREK, not a MONACO - too many pinballs getting criss-crossed in my own Montreal memories I guess.
