So I fix one problem and two more show up. For some reason my SoF is kicking out two balls before starting a game. Its also not firing the slings, even during coil tests. Any thoughts?
All this started after I changed the buttons.. Go figure.

kicking 2 balls at the start of a game: I have the same problem on my firepower, the workaround is to leave a ball in the plunger lane when the machine is off. For some reason, it's ok then, doesn't happen anymore. But if someone forgets to leave a ball there, the problem comes back.

Switches in the ball trough are stuck closed or there is a shorted diode on one of the switches. A dirty/mal-adjusted shooter lane switch can cause this as well.
Well, those two problems are solved! Turns out there was a ball stuck on a switch under the mini playfield.. Of course, the coil wasn't firing because the fuse was blown
Now I just need to figure out why the drop targets aren't resetting! I think that's a connector issue...
I only have access to my blackberry at the moment, and it won't let me view the SoF manual online... I'm hoping one of my friends on here will email it to me..?
