I've been on the fence for some time for getting a machine, but figured that the HST rebate cheque is as good as any reason to dive in.  

I'm looking for an old EM or SS machine to start with, cosmetic condition is less important than it being functional.  I will get less resistance bringing in a dirty functional game, than a pretty broken one.

Although I want one for the kids and I to play, I'm also interested in the restoration process.  I'm not inept with tools or a paintbrush and a touch of OCD should help with the process.

The Star Trek that Magneto was selling is along the lines, although it was probably in better condition than I would expect (and hope to pay for).  If it was local, I probably would have been faster to act.

To summarize:  Any local projects for sale?
