Well, looks like our 20-minute monthly show is falling through simply because we can't get a commitment from our cameraman , so I will keep producing little 10-minute segments with the help of JD3 on a regular basis, like I have been doing. So basically, I want your ideas for subjects!
I can pump out a video a week or two, depending on what is wanted. So post your ideas for subjects here! And if you are relatively new to the hobby, and want something fairly simple to be discussed but are a bit shy about posting on it, PM me. I will film the video and send it to JD who will edit it and put in an intro and end credit to it to make it more official. We already decided on theme music... just need subjects!

Subjects I'd like to see:
- Proper backglass sealing. There's enough questions from new members on this subject to warrant a video how-to. - Sandblasting and the equipment required to do it.
Sequence what to check before you turn on a new pinball...when you're not sure what is working or not....

To add to this, I've never researched why sometimes I hear you guys using "bondo" on the cabinets, too...
Consider that done, since I am doing Tinyrodent's Seawitch. In fact, I will explain that tonight. It will be a 3-part video... 1- explain why, 2- surface prep and 3- end result
Oh! I got a good one I've been wanting to know how to figure this out forever.
How to add LED's into a game, I'm not talking the prefab ones that already exists but if you wanted to add an extra LED mod into a game how do you know what resistor to use and stuff like that.
I've been wanting to add an LED to my LOTR tied into the Balrog forever but I don't even know where to start.
Wow... tough one in 10 minutes, but yeah... I can do it. Older pins are better for that since there are more separate boards.
I guess I meant that you could just focus in a certain aspect. Like the purpose and theory of a bridge rectifier. Theory and purpose of a varistor or what diode's are really doing on switches? Or how a lamp/switch matrix works. Endless supply of topics.

Well, all depends on what you want it to do...
If you want it always on, just take current from your GI.
If you want it activated when another feature is, that is much more tricky. If you have another lamp that is activated, you can use that circuit. If not, and you want it activated when something mechanical is, then you have to put in a relay with a switch... basically create an extension of the lamp driver.

Aren't there kits for the Balrog?
I've been wanting to add a White LED to Gandalf the Whites Staff that will activate when the Balrog is on. So I would tie it in the the existing light circuit for the Balrog. I just don't know what resistor I would need, if I would need a resitor at all or any of the electrical stuff about it.
