I actually think if i add anything else it would be one more pinball machine,
don't get me wrong vid people, but when you play a video game, it's always the same to me, but with pinball, you always get a different result everytime you play!

Blasphemy! I will try to forget you said that!

lol, its okay, everyone is different. Some people like vids.....and then there are people who like pins. No one is perfect

Hey thunderstorm

Quoted from thunderstorm
to me alot of the newer machines are really slow? maybe it's just me.

But i think if anything i'll add another pinball machine (if i can find room)

Eric

You're right it's just you and the pitch of the newer games you've played (he he I couldn't resist).  I also think you're on the right track with the idea of adding another pinball machine.  Cyclone is a great pin but IMHO there are definitely better games out there.  To get you on the right track, check out my post concerning "flashman's top 20   pins," there I go again, he he.

Anyways your gameroom is lookin' good.........I especially like the variety in your collection.  I am also impressed with the fact you posted a link to your gameroom after only two posts.

Flashman,

Thanks! I just stumbled upon this site today, and when i found the gameroom part i couldn't resist, i made the page for some friends of mine who moved away and always want to know how my games room is going.

I have since added the ticket dispensers (and tickets) to the hoop it up machine, and am going to turn the slot machine stand/cabinet into my redemption center, my friends will get a kick out of it.

To the video people.

I didn't mean to offend, i mean i love video games, and i like to play them, but i guess i should be honest here and tell you guys that well, i really suck at video games, maybe thats why i am so biased twards pinballs i mean i was good @ super mario on NES when i was a kid, but these sport based video games, and wrestling games? and even fighting games, i mean, lets be honest, i have no tricks, no special moves, i'm what my buddy calls a "Cheating Button Masher" but he only calls me that when i beat him

I am so glad to have found this place!

Thanks again!

Thanks for all the comments guys

I would love to go to some meetings sometime, but it seems like most people are in Quebec and places far away like that, hehe should have some closer here, providing there a bunch of members from this area.

Also, what pinball do you think would look really good down there? i always liked the insane multi-ball on Apollo 13, but it would probobally be out of my price range.

And i always loved the Back II the future movies, so the machine would be a fun fit too.

What do you guys think?

Eric

there is member not that far from you.  some in london, st. catharines and toronto.
you might be able to find an apollo 13 through the members here.  i have seen one before for more then reasonable price.  usally they are alittle low in price due to all the wear to the pf.  with that many balls, its what you expect.  there is other club meetings in toronto and worth the trip....  i hope to do that so and meet others from the area.

Thunderstorm,

If you find the DMD pins a little pricy, then I would recommend looking for a Williams System 11 game with a good reputation, like Pinbot, Swords of Fury, Diner, Whirlwind, Elvira and the Party Monsters etc., but again these might be a bit pricy.  Barring that I would check out Maaca Classifieds, there are usually some good deals on pins in all price ranges and if you're lucky there might be a seller close you with a desirable pin in your price range.  Good luck!
