A big thank you to Dan and his wife for opening up their home for a huge turnout last night, including spectators we had 25 people show up last night.  So thanks very much again to Dan for the food and drink that he made available for everyone.

Also want to take note of the London crew who made the trip to Dan’s place.  It great when you guys can make it out and I know this is one of the few locations you can so thanks for putting the effort in.

As we have hit week 5 we can start to keep track of the most improved player.  This week Adam currently has the lead but that will change quite significantly as more people hit the 5 week mark.

Kirk almost was the second person to make the clean sweep of high scores taking 3 of 4 high score in his bank of games.

Next week we are at Nick’s place look forward to seeing everyone there.

Here are the scores….

Dan has a really nice collection of super-clean pins. I totally understand why he hid that minty 'Combat' (http://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=3609) in the back room, safely tucked away from ToPL's grubby fingers. I'm sure he put it back in his living room as soon as we left!

Where do I complain about questionable pinball playing techniques? I couldn't help but notice Adam Becker using some Karate-chop/Dim-mak technique that seems to unfairly focus his PinMojo™, confusing the electronics in his favour. It obviously doesn't work on Capt. Fantastic; it's an EM!.

Except Adam didn't play CF he played TZ on that grouping.

On a side note .. props to Adam for getting the results up so fast ...

and BIG props to BALLYBOY for hosting such a large and motley group.

Probably wouldn't work on a classic Stern, either...

I know; I was in his grouping ... and he destroyed TZ! I think the topper was bubbling.

I was carefully taking notes/observing while he was playing casual games in order to reinforce my case against the use of this wildly controversial, telekinetic technique.

That isn't helping, Dan.

Disqualifying Adam's scores from last night would rightfully bump up the other player's scores. My miserable, but honestly earned, 7 points (2-2-2-1) would leap to 11 (3-3-3-2).
