Interest rates are crazy low right now. Assuming you are selling to get some cash, you might be surprised to see how low the rates are.
Having just completed the house upgrade thing, though, I can totally understand where you are coming from. There are alot of days I look at my games and think it's time to reduce the collection by a few.
so room would not be the problem here now you understand the reason why I might reduced the collection (temporarely) $$$
and yes the interest rates are low BUT they will go back up one day and that can hurt !
That changes things. Then you want to keep the ones that are difficult to replace. AFM LOTR CV NF (because it's unfaded) NGG
And keep one you really like from the rest...

My opinion? Before you start looking at reducing the collection, worry about getting a house first. THEN, depending on the size of the house, ask the question again...
And if I can fit 9 pins in a 10x20 room which includes a fireplace and a staircase, you can find a house that can fit 14 pins...
