what is a 3/8 amp fuse  , is it 3 eight of amp or what . can i replaced it by a 0.5 amp  if its not permanent ?

j'ai mis la 0.5 amp et toute est beau   tant mieux . Maintenant jva trouver une 3/8 amp .
