Well, sure some calls didn't go the Sens way, and I'm a die hard Sens fan, but that Pens goal that was refused? That was a good goal, so even if several went the Penguins way, some went Ottawa's way too. As someone else states lately (on the team 1200 I think), this is an issue more of "incompetence", not a fix.
We'll see after tonight's game...There is no way the NHL will let Mtl. win tonight. Everyone who lives in Mtl. better board up their windows, because there's gonna be a riot when the refs make the Habs lose

I agree. Just the diving call against Gionta on Friday was completely laughable. Lapierre's two calls? Debatable. Could go either way. Maybe the refs were a bit harsh but then again, Lapierre is living with the reputation he created and cultivated. But Gionta was nearly flipped over. Jacques Martin's reaction was hilarious. He who NEVER reacts.
He was like "WHAT????.... WHAT????.... CHRIST!!!!". The ref comes along and explains (or at least tries to), and when he leaves, Old Jack is muttering to himself and drops a few F-bombs. I am surprised it is not on Youtube yet...
Caps the better team? No. Better talent? Absolutely. But they are not working as close-knit as the Habs. They seem to play more individually.
It should be a tight game... but the Habs better watch out for the whistle-crazy zebras... They have to stay disciplined.

It's opinion but I think the Caps were the better team even in game six ... Halak was the best player on the ice and won the game but if they give up 50+ shots again I don't think Halak will be able to repeat his performance, I will agree that the Caps have played too individually but a "team" doesn't give up 50+ shots if it is playing well as a team either.
