What i think of the issue of Sparky Pm is.
Where all adults why do we have to be babies.
if you don’t like somebody on the forum and pm sparky he should be banned thats not correct.
Ignore them you have the right.
Personally banning or locking of threads should be for 2 things one Spammer from other sites or scam artist.
Censorship should be done by us.
f*** we can all moderate our self Jesus.
I like sparky allot i find the guy does allot for us but all we do to him is mess on him.
While where at it we might as well grab a bag of dog crap place it in paper bag and a light it on fire ring door bell and run.
Basically that's what we do to him when we mass a pm him for stupid mess.
I have always promoted this site love this site recommend it to people.
But what gone on for 3 days is shameful i would not want to recommend anybody to come here at this time because man they would think where crazy.
Well we sort of are we have that crazy coin op bug and we all love it lets keep it that way.

Life is like Pinball!! You never know where you will bounce or where your going but sometimes you have that one amazing shot But on the other hand you have those darn gutter ball where you just get frustrated.

there is a reason why i have cooled my jets and sold stuff off. not out of this hobby but maybe in the future it can be a hobby again for me. one thing from this hobby is that i made some great friends and i will like to keep them more than any game. this is my point of view only.

If you wish to discuss this any further I would be willing to privately. If you wish to publicly I have issue with that now as I stated to Mbug I wanted to end this. I would just rather not re-live it any further. What happened is water under the bridge now.

Well it seems that (almost) everything has been said.  I have made comments, Necro has made his comments, Menace has made his comments.  Surprisingly absent is the fourth MAACA person who was involved in these sour deals, the original seller.  It would be nice to hear their side, then we can all close this chapter for good and move on.

Naw...to properly close this chapter we'd have to call in the Chinese...they do a heck of a job and they'd even throw 3000 drummers, 8000 contortionists, 10 000 KGs of fireworks and some live dinosaurs...

Why does umlaut have an umlaut?

Putting an umlaut (an actual umlaut, not a diaresis) on any of the letters in the word would alter its pronunciation… umlaut is pronounced OOOM-lowt. putting an umlaut on, for example, the first U would result in the pronunciation EIUM-lowt (roughly).
so, there’s NO umlaut on an umlaut, because there doesn’t need to be one

I made all the comments I had to make about my part of the story. No use saying anything else, I can say that I pretty much like all MAACA members and I do not want to say a single word against anyone. Claude

I was not referring to you Claude.  I was referring to the 4th member that was involved in that whole screwed up deal with Necro, menace and myself last year.

WOW...all I can say is, I am sooo glad I didn't bring a computer with me on vacation...must go back to Disney in my head after reading all this... mumbling... It's a small world afterall.... ZipadeeDooda ZippedyAy....

I have had minor beefs with some people in MAACA, as surely as they have with me. I think we all think our behaviour is above board, but our own vision may not be shared.

It's interesting, and I've made the observation here before that people tend to keep their mouths shut about opinions of others here in case it sours a future deal or turns the "mob" against us (i.e. don't burn bridges) but keeping that all pent up for so long can lead to an explosion of discontent (or at least the need to express it).

I think  many here dream of "dream deals." Being within grasp and then failing can be very frustrating, no matter how fleeting the dream actually is. For some of us this is a hobby where the "chase" is often more gratifying than the "catch".

I think it's pretty commonplace for us to overspend and be on the defensive to our spouses, and otherwise vulnerable to criticism about our hobby.

I think it's too common that some of us go through "binges" and "purges" based on our finances or content/discontent with the rabble rousers.

As with all business dealings, things go sour, but when they go sour amongst addicts, friends and family, they go especially sour.

From one pot to the other kettles: addicted people can easily rationalize their behaviour, and friends can easily turn to enemies (if only briefly) when the addict needs their fix.  I am perhaps just as guilty, but I'm not certain why we need to amplify each others pain, and tease the wounds, does it make us feel more rational?
