If I understand correctly, that's $150 to have a machine for a week - including delivery and pickup? If the dlievery & pickup is included that's pretty good. It might be a bit high otherwise when renting to a home user, but for a corporate event it seems in-line.
I have heard through someone else that a commercial outfit in Ottawa is apparently charging $250 per machine for a 3-day week-end (includes the delivery, set-up and pick-up). Note that this is for modern, 100% working (although routed) machines.

I was going to say...
$150 for 8 machines for a week is WAAAAAAY too low. (delivery included or not!) I would say that $150 for one machine per week is low, as I wouldn't rent a machine unless I was delivering / setting up / picking up. And there's no way I'd be doing all that work for $150 / week. ($200 + would be a little more in-line)
But this is all moot, as I would never rent any of my machines out.
Yes, but these machines are probably EMs worth 300$ each... so they will be paid 4 times during that 2 months period which sounds more than good to me..
Especially if they wont even turn them on ! Gotta love the movie business..

my first rental was a rapido low rider that i found in a barn new for 5$ got 500$ for it after the few scratch and a extension on rent rental is good to me every year whit bikes got more than a 100 antique bike in my show room
